The hearty, coarse meat of game and the aromatic flavour of pumpkins are perfect for the increasingly cold season. When the first autumn storms rage outside and the damp mist hangs in the woods in the morning, roe deer, venison, wild boar and some poultry varieties such as pheasant and partridge as well as pumpkins are in season. An unbeatable team.
