We welcome you to enjoy the vast variety that white asparagus has to offer. “Spargelzeit” or “Asparagus time” really gets the German culinary creative juices flowing! Asparagus is traditionally served with melted butter and potatoes, with ham or pork medallions and hollandaise sauce.
