In addition, our kitchen serves breakfast classics and specialties specially adapted to the Christmas season on the buffet!
For perfect goose welfare, the 6 farming families offer their grazing geese plenty of run on two hectares of pasture northeast of Hanover. The geese are pampered with specially grown grains and water. The species-appropriate husbandry is also reflected in the taste - the meat is incomparably tender and tasty. We will be happy to prepare the poultry with side dishes for you in our kitchen!
Our unique house wines from the Palatinate, produced by Lukas Kesselring, with their unmistakable aromas, are just as inviting to enjoy as our fine sparkling Kaiserhof Winzersekt with its intense fruit notes. Full-bodied drinking pleasure is guaranteed - at the Kaiserhof as well as at your home.
