The hearty, coarse meat of game and the aromatic taste of noble mushrooms fit wonderfully into the increasingly colder season. When the first autumn storms rage outside and the damp mist hangs in the woods in the morning, roe deer, venison, wild boar and some types of poultry such as pheasant and partridge are in season, as are porcini mushrooms, morels and herb mushrooms. An unbeatable team.
